We have streamlined our process for creating amazing corporate videos. And that includes everything from how we begin working with clients, how we understand exactly what our clients are looking for, all the way through production to delivering a finished product.
There’s no single way to produce a video. But, whether you work with us or not, you should know how corporate video production services like ours work. It’ll give you a better understanding of what to expect along the way. And, if you’re still shopping around for the right production company, you’ll know a bit better what you should be asking regarding expectations.
Corporate Video Production Breakdown

Let’s go through these bite-sized steps to show you how we work and how to get the most out of your corporate video.
Initial Briefing: Once you’ve decided to work with us, we’ll set up a time to speak in which we’ll ask you about your company, your audience, and your intentions for this corporate video. The goal is to get an understanding of what your company’s goals are. But we also want to gather information from a marketing standpoint. Do you have brand guidelines, colors, logos that should be used? Do you have any tonal references that we can use to guide our video production plan. After this 15-30 minute call, our team will get to work on creating a game plan.
First Consultation: At this stage, we’ll present you with our idea for our corporate video. We’ll explain exactly what we plan to use for graphics, footage, music, background, etc. This will be a creative discussion as we’ll ask for feedback and adjust our course of action based on that.
Script Writing: Now that we have our basic structure, our team will get to work on the script. This is the real bones of the corporate video, and therefore, a lot of time and effort is put into this portion of the process. We want to make sure we’re getting the words pitch perfect, and that we’re covering all the bases you require. Once the first draft of the script is finished, we’ll send it to you to gather any feedback and revise accordingly. After the script is approved, we’re off to the races.
Production / Editing: The script is filmed and/or animated, and then passed to our editor, who puts the final touches on everything. This is when everything that we’ve discussed really comes together and ideas come to life.
Final Consultation & Corporate Video Delivery: Now that the first draft of the corporate video is finished, we’ll deliver to your team and, once again, receive any feedback or editing notes. This is the most collaborative part of the process because this video is no longer abstract. We have an actual product to work with, and we can make any minor adjustments to make sure it’s in the best place possible. We’ll make the changes and deliver the finished video in 4K.
Collaboration and Communication is Key in Corporate Video Production
We are all about collaboration. We don’t want to move to the next step until we’re sure our client is happy with the path we’re taking. When looking for the right corporate video production company, make sure you have somebody who’s going to do everything they can to understand what you want and deliver exactly that.
A key element of this collaboration is putting an emphasis on clear, transparent communication with our clients. Video production is a collaborative effort, and the more we understand your vision, the better we can bring it to life. It’s not just about technical expertise—it's about making sure every creative decision aligns with your business objectives and the goals for your videos.
Throughout the process, we keep lines of communication open, so you’re never in the dark about where things stand. During the initial briefing and consultation phases, we encourage clients to be as detailed as possible about their vision. The more feedback we get at this early stage, the smoother the production process will be. It's much easier to adjust our direction at this stage rather than down the line.
Once we move to scriptwriting and production, we stay in touch regularly to ensure we’re staying on track and making the right creative choices. By focusing on communication from the start, we not only ensure the video meets expectations but also foster a partnership that results in a more engaging and effective final product. Whether you're a first-time client or a seasoned pro, we make sure your vision is at the heart of everything we do.
